Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Mimebitions Solutions LLC (“we”, “our”, or “bots4pros”).

 
1. Overview

bots4pros provides automation services that include one-time setup, configuration, and optional ongoing hosting and support.

Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled according to the guidelines below.

 
2. One-Time Setup Fees

One-time setup and configuration fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

These fees cover:

  • system design

  • configuration

  • integration setup

  • customization work

Because this work is performed specifically for each client, it cannot be reversed or resold.

 
3. Monthly Hosting and Subscriptions

For managed hosting and subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Cancellation will stop future billing

  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

 
4. Custom Development and Add-Ons

Custom work, integrations, and additional features are non-refundable once development has started.

Any pricing for custom work is agreed upon in advance.

 
5. Exceptional Cases

We aim to provide reliable and functional solutions.
If a service cannot be delivered as agreed due to an issue on our side, we may, at our discretion:

  • offer a partial refund

  • provide a fix or alternative solution

  • apply a service credit

 
6. Client Responsibilities

Refund eligibility may be affected if:

  • required access or information is not provided

  • third-party services are unavailable or misconfigured

  • requested changes fall outside the original scope

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving configurations.

 
7. Third-Party Services

Refunds do not apply to costs related to third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)

  • messaging platforms

  • CRM systems

  • external APIs

These services are billed separately and subject to their own refund policies.
