  • Managed hosting: We manage infrastructure on your behalf

  • Hybrid: Shared responsibility depending on configuration

Availability, performance, and control depend on the selected hosting model.

 
5. Fees and Payments

  • One-time setup fees apply to initial configuration

  • Monthly fees apply for hosting and optional features

  • Custom work may be quoted separately

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the preceding 3 months.
